Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a free rate review or book a consultation through this site, we collect only what you send us:

• Your name, business name, phone number and email address.
• Optional details you choose to add: your current processor, approximate monthly processing volume, and a note about your business.
• If you choose to attach it, a copy of your most recent merchant processing statement (PDF or image). Attaching a statement is always optional.
• If you book a call, the booking details you enter in Calendly.

How we use it

• To prepare your rate review and to contact you about it — that's the purpose you sent it for.
• To schedule and hold consultations you book.
• Business tips and offers are sent only if you separately opt in on the form. Marketing is never a condition of requesting a review, and opting in is not required to receive one. You can opt out at any time and it changes nothing about your review or service.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• Requesting a review is not an application and does not sign you up for any product or contract.

Uploaded statements

A processing statement is sensitive financial information, and we treat it that way. Uploaded statements are stored in private, access-controlled storage — never at a public link — and are accessible only to JB for the purpose of preparing your review. On request, your statement and the information you submitted are deleted (see "Your choices" below).

Service providers

Your information passes only through the tools that run this service, each of which processes it solely to provide that service:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Email delivery to our Microsoft 365 mailbox — how your request reaches us.
• Calendly — appointment booking, when you choose to book a call.

This site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors for advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep review requests and statements while they are needed for your review and any ongoing business relationship that follows from it. If no relationship follows, request information is deleted on request under the terms in "Your choices" below, and is routinely purged when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask for a correction.
• Ask for your information — including an uploaded statement — to be deleted. We will process verified requests to delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve outstanding obligations.
• Opt out of tips and offers at any time, without affecting your review.
